Hey there. FYI MCGC is a BDC with a troubled past that is liquidating and fairly rapidly. Assuming no recession during 2015 the liquidation should be complete with a total return of around $3.60-5 depending how final sale prices.

Yes the capital structure of MCGC is horrific with preferred stock, etc.
It met the criteria so I left the stock, let investors do their estimates of potential FMV. At a low enough price there could be value, no position. John
