Almost Negative EV, 2013 Insider buying, 2013 share buybacks and Other Value Thoughts

I can’t post much of an explanation for tonight’s researched ideas. The post will be competed tomorrow but still worth sharing. 

Two ideas that meet the criteria of share count reduction in 2013, positive insider buying and high cash per share value creating a low enterprise value to market cap value.

Ambassadors Group Inc. (EPAX): "Ambassadors Group, Inc. provides educational travel experiences and online education research materials worldwide. Its Ambassador Programs and Other segment offers educational travel services to students and professionals. " Yahoo

Cash per share = $3.29, book value 3.68, GP per share = 3.03

Franklin Wireless Corp. (FKWL):

Share count reduction during 2013, insider buying 2013, high cash per share value creating a low enterprise value to market cap value.

GP per share= .70, cash per share = 1.01, BV per share =1.57, EV per share = .75, sales per share = 3.16, EBITDA per share =.14,29.55% = 52 week change
Market Cap: 18.15M ,Enterprise Value: 7.86M, Price/Sales:0.55 ,Price/Book:1.12
Enterprise Value/Revenue:0.24 ,Enterprise Value/EBITDA: 5.45 ,Qtrly Revenue Growth:-50.20%

Other ideas I found interesting that look oversold and still have multiple value attributes worthy of a closer look.
